&lt;p&gt;This year, one of my goals is to read more. Over the years I have had an on again, off again relationship with reading, and I wanted to finally be consistent about it.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Maybe it was the time of the year, but change seldom lasts unless the reason for it is clear. For me, reading meant taking time away from mindless scrolling and videos, and putting it towards an intentional practice of engaging with topics I actually cared about.&lt;/p&gt;</description></item></channel></rss>
